International Patients

Undergoing rehabilitation abroad is a personal decision that requires trust, clear information and reliable support. At Clinic Bad Ragaz, we support international patients with personalised coordination and attentive care. You can expect an environment that combines medical rehabilitation of the highest standard with tranquillity, privacy and comfort.

Personal support right from the beginning

Even before your arrival, we will go through the most important medical and organisational matters with you. This will give you a clear idea of what to expect well in advance and ensure you know what to expect during your rehabilitation.

Among other things, we’ll assist you with:

  • the initial assessment of your enquiry
  • compiling the necessary medical documents
  • questions regarding the recommended length of stay, room category and accompanying persons
  • information on services, costs and any additional options
  • planning your journey to Bad Ragaz

Tailored to your individual needs

People travelling from abroad for rehabilitation often have specific medical, personal or organisational requirements. That is why we consider not only your diagnosis, but your overall situation: your health goals, your expectations, your personal needs and the type of support you require. On this basis, we carefully tailor your rehabilitation, care and stay to suit you.

Discreet, personalised and reliable

During your stay at Clinic Bad Ragaz, we place great importance on providing attentive, respectful and discreet care. Our aim is to offer you an environment in which you feel safe and well looked after, and where you can concentrate fully on your rehabilitation.

You will benefit from short distances, direct communication and an interdisciplinary team that closely coordinates medical care, therapy and nursing.

Relatives and accompanying persons

If you are travelling from abroad, having loved ones close by can be particularly valuable. Family members and accompanying persons are therefore very welcome. Subject to availability, they can stay either directly in your clinic room or in one of the adjacent 5-star hotels at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. This means they can remain close to you during your rehabilitation whilst also enjoying the resort’s wide range of facilities.
